A oficina foi ministrada pela acad\u00eamica Juliana Biazon da Engenharia de Alimentos &#8211; FACFAN\/UFMS e pela servidora Fl\u00e1via Maria Leme \u2013 INBIO\/UFMS. A oficina ocorreu na Escola municipal do distrito com a participa\u00e7\u00e3o da diretora da Escola. Estavam presentes tamb\u00e9m Luciana Henrique da Cruz, S\u00edlvia Queiroz e Adriana Carla de Ara\u00fajo Caravassilaskis, da secretaria de Turismo de Aquidauana. Na oficina foi abordado o tema das boas pr\u00e1ticas na colheita e p\u00f3s-colheita, quanto no preparo das receitas. (Fl\u00e1via Maria Leme)<\/p><\/div>\n<p>Enquanto o bolo e a torta assavam, as participantes aprenderam a fazer a conserva de pequi. Foram realizadas com pequi congelado, contudo, as participantes foram informadas da import\u00e2ncia de realizar com o fruto fresco. Foi realizada a esteriliza\u00e7\u00e3o dos frascos em \u00e1gua fervendo. Na sequ\u00eancia, iniciou o processo de branqueamento dos pequis.
